Terrible service

Its only terrible service you will receive from IHS Fleurhof Ekhaya, at some point I have wait for the to fix geyser for almost 3 weeks after logging maintenance query on their site, fined for making noise at the time I was not even at my apartment on that day, the building manager only provide service to people he like as he benefit from them by means of bribes, people cancel lease every month, some of them doesn't even stay for 3 months due to this bad management and when you cancel the lease they make sure you get penalized for things they they failed to fix like mold on walls due to bad ventilation system, they will tell you it's dirty but knowing exactly why their walls get dirty, if you haven't stayed the don't even try it
