Terrible customer service!

Tracy Erasmus is the worst agent out there! She is not interested in her clients and promises to call at a certain time but never does. I spent two full days trying to get hold of her because I was interested in one of the property's in her name and she only got back to me 2 days later. She sent me an untidy rent application with scratches all over. Something needs to be done with this Property company. I was not treated with any respect by Tracy.
