Take money from your account without consent

Extremely bad experience. No one should go with this agency. I have moved out the property. 1 month later i was told that there were defects and that i must pay R4500 for maintenance and defects. When i left the property, there were no defects. There were some marks on the walls but what maintenance was done to result in R4500. Today i see that they took off 2500 from my account without my consent. I have been up to date with all payments. What gives them the right to take money from my account. I want my money back.
