Suspicious Activity on Friend’s Credit — Urgent Attention Needed

I’m writing this on behalf of a close friend whose identity may have been compromised.

Recently, she ran a credit audit and was shocked to discover that she is listed as a tenant at Candlewood Crescent, Unit 175, an IHS-managed property. What’s deeply concerning is that she never app**** for a lease at this complex, nor has she ever been involved in any lease agreements for that address.

The only time she ever interacted with IHS Residential was when she submitted an application through Selcote Groves. Beyond that, she has no ties to Candlewood or any related properties.

She has since attempted to look deeper into the matter, and it appears someone may have *****ulently used her personal information to secure a lease. Understandably, she is now extremely worried about the long-term impact this may have on her credit profile.

We are urging IHS to please investigate this matter thoroughly. If tenant applications are being processed with compromised information, this is not only a violation of privacy but could also cause serious financial harm to innocent individuals.
