****** vehicles & safety risk

They take the safety of their tenants serious. I stay in Southgate Ridge,there has been theft of vehicles this year from January and 5 vehicles have been ******. The cameras at the gate don't work,the electric fence doesn't work,there is no lighting in the complex and the securities & caretaker don't even do their jobs.

Then they have new company doing the water and electricity billing,they inflate everything! I wouldn't recommend these people anywhere.
