I received a letter of demand saying that I owe rent to a property I exited more than 6 years ago, all accounts were settled and they stalled 4 months before returning my deposit and also did not payout the interest on the deposit. They are once again reluctant to communicate, their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Avoid them at all costs or you'll be in for an expensive **** journey!
