Stay Away from IHS Property Management

I have never experienced such bad service. It is a actual pity that you can't give half a star and that's been generous. They are ****mers! I stayed at Tradewinds Complex. The maintenance for the building is badly managed. Nothing gets attended to despite following the right process. You send countless emails trying to get items to be sorted out. Now when you decide to vacant the building they don't want to give me back my deposit. With lousy excuses of why I am liable for "these reasons". If I can have anyone to learn from my bad experience do not engage with this business. They recently told us as tenants that they selling the complex now all sudden painting charges are the reason why I am not getting my deposit. And yet the unit looks exactly the way I found it. In fact cleaner, cause when I moved in my unit wasn't cleaned.
