Stanely Park, Oakdene park poor service

I used to be a tenant at Stanely Park unit 99. There was a Movining-in inspection that was done when i moved in which will be a consultant taking pictures of what works and what doesnt work so when i moved out there was a building manager taking pictures to comper with the pictures they took when i moved in. The pictures of the moving-in inspection are nowhere to be found but yet the IHS Property refunding consultant is charging me R4800 for repairs but they don't even have the pictures of what the unit looked like when i moved in. this is so stupid and disappointing for such a big company like Balwin property.
