SIES....SIES.....SIES....

I regret the day I rented a unit from this company.

From day 1 it has been nothing but a nightmare.

Move in day was seamless. The then caretaker Joubert, who by the way thinks all the tenats are his BFF's, has zero regard for what his job entails. No pre-inspection is done to check that everything is in order because he is "chommies" with the tenants.

1st week we had a mountain of things that needed to be fixed. We were told to write them on the maintenance log sheet and they would be attended to. Surprise, surprise...the list got lost. So they fixed what they figured needed to be fixed...NOTHING

Months later, I'm done with the place and want to move out. I submit the relevant form and Kate calls me to arrange for an exit inspection. HAHAHAHAHAHA what a joke. This woman sets an appointment for 11am and doesnt pitch. I call her...and yes, she doesnt answer. 2pm Royal Kate decided to grace me with a return call. Her story: "I have been sitting at your unit from 11am and no-one was there." PURE LIES, I was there too....ALONE.

Kate then requests for me to come back the following so that she can perform her duties...hell no, she can go jump in the nearest hole.

So here I am, getting calls from IHS finance team that I owe rent for a place I have vacated, I don't have my deposit back and I am beyond ****ed.
