A bunch of ******, I really do wish someone would’ve warned me before I rented at one of their apartments. Literally moved out 2 months in my lease, couldn’t deal with the noise and the lack of urgency from their maintenance team. Lived in one of their apartments in Boksburg, upon my cot inspection the building manger pointed things that were there upon my arrival and I was over R2000 for their maintenance team negligence. Personally I’d say they are a bunch of ****** and ******** who clearly make their profit from ******** tenants off their money. My advice, do not ever rent out or even consider buying any of their apartments. A bunch of ******! Highly disappointed
