This property group only cares for themselves and not well-being of their clients, In Sapphire mews the most chaotic place ever , from last year made people pay for biometric system which hasn’t been activated up to this date

The complex manager is very biased in terms of dealing with the issues arising in the complex , many people are having double parking and when that was raised with him , answer was head office is investigating the matter which they been investigating for over 12 months

The hygiene in complex is soo poor , they give 3 thrash bins to 2 blocks each with atleast 30 apartments. No cleaning occurs over the weekend

Other day ****s broke someone’s window they emphasised they should pay not IHS. A lot of events occur there wrongfully but even when they arr reported no follow up happen

Reporting on maintenance issues will take forever before being attended too once stayed over a week having a geyser problem before any assistance could come .
