Sale of apartment

I am really mad at this company. Don’t use it. I purchased an apartment in Johannesburg being sold by IHS property management. They still advertising more on the website. Its been a full year since ive been waiting for their response and now im trying to cancel and get my money back from them. However they have not been able to give me my deposit money back. I repeat do not use Ihs propert management their customer service is poor and rotten. I need help on getting my money back from them please.
