*****S FRONTING AS A PROPERTY AGENCY!!!!

I stayed in an IHS building in Nelspruit ( Safubi Close) for 2 years and 8 months. Paying rent timeously of course. Until I vacated the apartment end of Jan 2025. I went through the whole exit process...submitted my notice a month prior, and did the exit inspection ( the building manager was quite impressed with the state of my apartment). Mid Feb 2025 I receive an email stating that my rent is in arrears and on the same email I was threatened to be blacklisted. How so when I have long vacated the apartment??? I called them to query this matter and they assured me that this will be rectified. Now end of Feb they have debited my account R8k . When I call to follow up...I get attitude from their Team Lead Credit Control...the very same person that sent me an email apologizing for the oversight just the week before debiting my account is now giving me attitude. I am being taken from pillar to post everytime I call. No one seems to have answers in this MICKEY MOUSE OPERATION !!! That's when I resorted to Hellopeter and saw all the appalling reviews . I took screenshots of some of the reviews from 2025 (already) put them on email copied everyone at IHS and informed them that I am aware of their modus operandi of de*****ing their tenants but it ends with me because I will definitely take recourse . Yes legal fees are not cheap but someone needs to put a stop to these *****s!!! I am highly livid and I'm willing to take it ALL THE WAY!!!!!!
