Rude, pathetic, poor customer service at Matlosana Garden Klerksdorp.

I want to bring this under IHS management attention and the public at large. I am a resident at Matlosana Gardens in Klerksdorp. Today I visited the caretaker office to sort out the confusion regarding rental payment after I received a notice that I am two months in arrears. I got a hostile,rudeness & aggressive reception from Doreen and Elvine/Selvine. Both of them we so rude to an extend that I think they need to be trained on handling pressure, customer service and customer conflict management resolutions. No wonder why many units are not yet occupied and some tenants leaving the complex.
