RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT CALLED BONTLE MOOROSI

I have been staying at the Residence Estate and was not able to pay the full rent for the first time since I moved in 2020. Their consultant Bontle Moorosi called me and I explained I would pay the R700 by next week, immediately she starts shouting at me and telling me that I should have called her. So I explained again that I'm aware that I owe money and I am making arrangements to sort this out. She continued being rude and at this point I asked her to stop, she immediately tells me that she's going to terminate my lease and that she'll be handing me over to the debt collectors. No consideration at all that I've never missed a payment or that I was actually apologetic and saying that I'll pay this amount. She then dropped the call on me and I was just left speechless. These people need to know that life happens and sometimes we can miss a payment, however they do not need to treat us like animals,a bit of professionalism is needed when they speak to us. She could have just relayed her message without shouting at me. If her customer service skills are that bad maybe she needs to find another job that doesn't require her to speak to other humans.
