Robbing black people.

The worst rental agency ever. People should stay away from this company.

I stay in Soweto Ekhaya and we for about just over 2 years and our water bill has been R100-R160 monthly , then all of a sudden last year Aug/Sep the flat below had a leak on their ceiling and it was coming from our flat.. Different maintance guys came in to check and couldn't find the cause for months, only to find out that the leak was coming from one of the pipes inside the bathroom wall and no one could see it , by then our water bill had gone up. When it was fixed we queried the bill, no deductions were made and each time we called or sent an email no one got back to us and when they did they threatened that we would have to pay or be evicted... They somehow deducted R300 from it and when we asked how they determined the amount, no one could give us an answer. We then requested for an itemised billing to see exactly how much water we use, still no one responsed to our email, forget calling, 'cause the people are never available and never return calls.

I don't know if this lack of interest or it's because we are black and in Soweto or are just unprofessional?!

The bill then went back to the normal in Jan 150-160, Feb it came back R725, next month R150, April R725 again.. Are we supplying the entire block with water now? Strange enough there's only 2 adults and a 6 year old residing in our flat, but my neighbour 2 doors down is charged R150 and it's 2 adults 3 teenagers in one flat. I just fail to understand why we pay so much? I just proof that all.

We have proof of the countless emails that have been sent to them regarding this matter and asking for an itemised billing from 2018 Jan to date to see why it changes from month to month and we were told that they can't get us one. All we get are letters of demand and threats to get evected within 7 days, does the law allow such?

I would not recommended for anyone to think of moving into any of thier properties. The corridors are dirty especially over the weekends, they bill people incorrectly and not to mention their rude and *********** staff.

I'm disgusted by the way they operate their business and how they are robbing black people.
