Ridiculous charging after moving out!

I regret the day I decided to move in at Southgate Ridge. My stay there was temporary, literally 4 months. Firstly they refused to do an early termination as per their own lease agreement resulting in me paying a whole month's rent which I didn't stay. Now I am being invoiced for God knows what (ridiculous amounts). It's a ****. I am warning anyone who wants to get an accommodation there, do not go there. One wonder why it is forever vacant, it's a ****.
