Requesting Deposit Back for 2 months
I moved out month end May 2025 out of Kensington place at Randburg. I've been enquiring about my deposit back for 2 months now from IHSPM. When I call, they transfer me to a line that does not work, it cuts my call everytime.

New management is Igrow rentals. It's been 4 months since I've moved out, I haven't received my R3.5k deposit. IHSPM sent Igrow a maintenance document, Andries tried to recall the email but I still had it on my side, I commented on all the things that I was meant to maintain after moving out and they no maintenance will be done, Igrow came back and said the painting of the whole unit will be R3.4k. Interesting.
