Rental agreement withdrawn at last possible moment!

Absolutely shocking experience!! App**** for a rental 2weeks before the end of Feb to Move in March 1st. Rental was approved. We were constantly in contact with agent and the green light was on for moving in. Suddenly 4days before moving in we're told we can’t have the property anymore. No apologies and suddenly very poor telephonic communication. We’re left with no home (having given notice for the end of feb) and 4days to find a new place!!!! The agent even has the gall to ignore our phone calls. Outrageous. Never ever use them!
