Refuse to Give my Refund

<p>IHS refuse to give me my refund. When I move in no one did the maintanance/cleaning of the property and they have been promising to come and do the painting. When I move out I made sure the unit was clean, but they decided to take half my deposit. I have been talking to Paul Venter, Portfolio Manager, ********** who then promised to check the files as I wanted to see the move -in pre-inspection which was signed.</p> <p>What Paul did was to come back & tell me he reviewed the facts (obviously nothing since nothing was sent) and decided to pay me 50% of R2622.00. Even today, no payment was made to my accoount, they did not send information as promised to prove pre-inspection upon moving in.</p> <p> </p> <p>IHS are big ********</p>
