I am warning the public and anyone who is wanting to sign up with these deposit snatchers!! These people and their representatives will misinform and later show you clauses you were never made aware of. The clauses are never run through with you because "timing" as the agent that signed me up gave me that excuse when I was enquiring. I later moved out where I ensured to call their agents to advise them of when I intended to move out and they said clearly to me that if I submitted my notice on the said date that there would be no penalties! To my surprise when they now have to pay my deposit, there is a clause and their agents at first had amnesia to which I sent screenshots of the conversation I had and later their agents are now singing a different tune. I further explained to them that I even requested early access to where I would be moving and based of my conversation with their agent that as long as I move at the end of the month there would be no penalties. I have requested a copy of the conversation I recall very clearly, however, these ****** have now stopped responding to my emails. They will swindle you into moving into their not well maintained flats only to cheat you of your deposit.
