Refund from ISH Property Management

Hi. I have been struggling to get my deposit back from IHS Properties for over 2 months. I was renting a flat from them which the agreement is that they must refund me when I move out. Send too many emails and made to many calls to Candice ********** 686. I asked them for their address and they told me to wait 21 days for the refund. Now no one is answering my emails and call has been transferred to Candice who is not taking my calls. The deposit held is R3850.00. Send them all documents they asked with my banking details.
