Refund

I have served a notice to move out at Jackelberry Close on the 31.07.20 and on Saturday the have deducted the monthly rent which they were not suppose to. When i asked for my money back they are telling me that I will get it after 31 days which i don't understand because this was not my fault.I do not have money lying around my account for them to take.This is my money and want as in yesterday. Tsundzuka Tlakila & Kedibone Mabasa think they know better,I also work in accounts I know how these things work.I WANT MY MONEY TODAY
