Refund

IHSPM eKhaya Jabulani in Soweto not wanting to refund me back my deposit, I have served the notice as advised and followed all the rules as a tenant . I was told that my deposit will be paid back within 2weeks after they have inspected the place which was on 6/04/2021 I got the confirmation that the inspection was approved ,then on the 28/04/2021 I called the office to find out on why I'm not refunded , I was told that they are not aware that I have moved out and I was told have to send some documents before they can refund okay .Then on the 29/05/2021 I was told that payments will open next week from the 4th may 2021 afternoon , on the 5th I was told that I will be paid on the 07/05/2021 come to my surprise I get a message to Please give it 48 to 72 hours .this is all shows how they take people for granted .and they don't like to respond back to the tenants emails when ever a person send the complain or concern . and they think we as tenants we don't know about Rental Housing act ( section 5)
