REFUND

I’m so disappointed with the service of one of the employees his name is Clement his responsible for Marshalyards

He gave me the poorest service I could ever imagine, firstly we started the application on the 15 of January a week later I asked for feedback he then sent me a link saying it’s been approved. I then went to deposit because I needed to move in thereafter. That’s when he told me the form is incomplete after I made a follow up. We then fixed the form and sent it back to him

We still waited another week now this is the 25th of January for him to tell me stories again about the lease agreement that he need to send. This time I’m furious and the only thing he could say is I will refund you your money . He provided with invalid emails that kept on bouncing back .

Till today I’m waiting for my refund of R5670.

Please help me get my money back . I’m so disappointed in the service of this man.
