REAPED OFF! MY REFUND with not explaination

Wow! I never expected this unprofessional service from Raymond (Southgate Ridge) caretaker I don't know where to start! Firstly I put in a month notice to say I am leaving there property reason because of the Water & Electricity is changed ridiculously was told there is 4th party changing. Then I went to look for other property which where I was looking at Raymond(Caretaker IHSP) wife apparently works there she asked us where we rented previously I told her Southgate Ridge asked me the unit number? I asked why she said my husband works there immediately called her husband in front of me to tell that one of his tenants is look for a place in our property! Okay nevertheless I didn't take note that he got Irritated Raymond because her wife said that they won't get BONUS end of the year what made me mad is how could she disclose her company info with her husband because as a client I felt there wasn't any professionalism there.

On 29th September 2018 out inspection was done Raymond he commented on how good the condition was and that usually the flats were in quite a state when people moved out. Took photos of the place I asked him what is the photo's about he told "Just to show the Body Corp how the place is nothing to worry about" the only thing that they will change for is the lounge and 2 bedroom walls which won't cost more than R1500.00! Which he told me R150 pm wall,when I received a statement says that they will deduct R4013.50 with extra cost Doors,Kitchen and passage wall get included which the Raymond said they won't change me for that they're in good conditions it's just minor dirty that will have to clean.

Then I received payment of R1768.03 which also supposed to be R1836.50 from R5850.00 deposit deducting from R4013.50 I had a disputes about this with Nondumiso Ngubeni about my refund feeling this is a reap off can she breakdown to me what I am getting charged,she included JD Steenkamp (Maintenance Manager) to explain to me about the breakdown. First he told is that Raymond is caretaker he doesn't know prices! And prices are from the contractors and sent me again the same Invoice that I had that has not explanation!

I am really not getting anywhere with this would like to get help! Because I am getting reap off from my refund!

Now I have been ****** of my deposit refund by IHS properties please be on a lookout.

The service that they provide is both pathetic and disappointing and it makes it abundantly clear that they have no regard for their customers nor their own reputation.
