Property **** and abusive

I stayed there for 6 months and moved out 25 September 2022. End of October they debited their rent. When I called they say they didn't get my notice lucky I had all the proof I then revered the debit order.

Then I received an invoice of R6500 of which R5000 they say is for painting 1 bedroom to remove the mould mind you the mould was caused by water vapour during winter. Water will run on the walls and cause mould. I did notify them they will tell you keep the windows open. And now they tell me I must pay for the mould as I must leave the place the way I found it. Number 2 when I moved in they did inspection curtain rail was broken and was never fixed, they are now charging me to pay for the curtain rail I didn't break charging me R460 for 1 curtain rail they also charge me for the light cover I didn't break as well. They probably charged the tent that was staying there before me for light cover and curtain rail and charging me as well.I tried engaging them with what they charging me was just a waste of time. After all this abuse they send me a demand letter. Do not fall for non deposit ****. These people are a **** I hope one day they will be dealt with they are abusive.
