Property estate from hell. Debit monthly rental even after moving out. Be careful of them

They are still debiting my account even after I have moved out. I sent a notice 27 September and received confirmation email but they say they didn't receive anything. I then reversed the money they then send invoice of rent plus penalty of 3770 for reversal an email has been sent concerning this no feedback received.

During winter their walls get dump in the morning water will be falling in the wall you will think a tap has been open. I was staying on the ba*****t by the corner the window of the bedroom had a wall. Due to this it caused a mold in the bedroom. Mind you I stay in ba*****t, the sun does not reach the room even when window is open ventilation is poor now I am told to pay for mold removal you will also pay for things you don't know a thing about. This is the worst place to ever stay at. If you want peace stay away from ihs properties
