They ****** me of my deposit.

There was a problem with the kitchen cabinet from the day of inspection before we moved in the apartment. I made sure to do a video of the inspection.

We saw the problem together while doing the inspection and she said they will fix it, yet the agent marked the cabinet as good condition before fixing it.

They never fixed it, and when I moved out, they pinned it on me.

I sent them the video clip as proof to show that the cabinet was damaged before I arrived, and then they took the evidence and went silent. They now do not respond to my emails and certainly don't want to refund my deposit.

Stay away from IHS Properties, you will save money truely!!!!
