Poor service ( fail to deliver)

i stay in little manhattan west village...jerrrr if you want to see poor service come to this place , you will see. there is no fumigation service provided, you will see all kinds of insect including Centipede. my son got a pink eye from insect bite. Noise pollution/ loud music its worse ...its a free zone in that place.. people do whatever they please . there is no where you can complain about this people playing loud music from their cars in parking lot ...its irritating to a point where your baby cant even sleep due to that. we do not even have emergency number to contact secuity, we were not given that.

when we sign contracts we have been told that the loud music is not allowed and public drinking as well but all was just a lie... i regret a lot why i moved from decent agency ( city property)
