Poor Service

I am having difficulty in getting assistance from the above mentioned Company. I am trying to get a place to rent but the service I am getting is just poor. I starting getting in contact with a lady by the name of Tracy on the 12th April and ever since I have had no luck in finalising my application, I had completed it on my side attached all required documents, signed and sent. I called her two weeks back she said she was off sick. When she got back to work, she then said my code has expired and she needs to send me a new application this was last week Friday. Monday the 3rd May I give her a call to ask what is happening ans she casually sys i will resend you the application and asked for my email address again, this was around 10h00 am. I had to call her again around 15h30 to say i have not received the mail, she again casually says 'I am busy with applications you should get it shortly. Its now 12h37 Tuesday 4th May i still have not heard from her, I am trying to call her and the number just rings. I have tried calling their office number and all i get is 'U are caller number 1 please hold.
