Poor Service

As im looking for Apartment before the end of January,yesterday i went through property24 web to check for available apartments. I came through apartments that was advertised by IHS Property Management. I called the 1st IHS agency cell number that was on the advert,no answer,2nd one no answer,2rd one still no answer. I waited for 30 min or so thinking one of the 3 is going to return my calls,but none of them did call back till today.

I end up by calling the last one i called by the name of lerato. I managed to get hold of her and she asked me to send her an e-mail so that she can be able to send me all necessary infor and application form. It was between 13H00 & 13H30 when i spoke to her.

Since i waited for the e-mail from 13H00 till i call her again around 16H00. She told me that she left the office already,she will send me an e-mail once she gets at home. Till today i received nothing from her,it was just a lie after a lie.

What i discovered yesterday about IHS property management agency,they all lazy and unprofessional. This was the poorest service i ever experience in my life. Even whatsapp messages. They don't read or respond in time.

You need to improve your service guys because i still need your services.
