Poor service
Id like to lodge a complain regarding the poor service im receiving here at Jabulani Ekhaya. Today I just got home from work only to find out my lights were switch off without giving notice when I went down to the security guards I'm told that they were given an instructions by Caretaker I forgot his name that they should switch our lights off as I did not pay rent. What puzzles me is that I paid my rent on the 30 June 2018 and spoke to Kedibone Mabasa via Email regarding the payment and event sent her attached proof of payment and she said she received the payment and will update my account. Next day I got an sms that my account is in arrears and I will be handed over if I don't make payment, I sent another email to Kedibone and asked about the message guess what no response only to find out today that my lights were switched off. I was given a number by the security to call the caretaker only to find out that the so called caretaker is in a meeting and will be back at 21.00 PM. Even know as I write to you I'm still waiting in the dark for a caretaker to come back to the meeting so I can address the issue. This is not the first time I have encountered so many problems with this property but I told myself let me give them a chance last week I was going up and down on the stairs to the security guards because my lights were switched off for a moment I thought maybe I don't have electricity only to find out I have enough it had tripped. I let it slide didn't complain but today I'm extremely angry with the service I received while I pay my expensive rent for a 2 bedroom flat that's not even fancy to pay close to 5000. Its been a week now the gate is wide open still not fixed and we park our cars in the parking lot. Are they even safe? Yet they are quick to switch off the lights. Service is disgusting I wouldn't recommended any of my friends and family to come stay here. Please contact me in ********** 501 Ntombi
