Poor service

Since IHS took over from rent prop, nothing has ever gone right. I have been waiting for maintenance people for over a year. I have send emails, calling so many times every time they make appointment but they don’t come. Every year they keep on increasing rent but they don’t maintain their properties. Poor service calling them it’s just a waste they will transfer you to all this department without getting help because no one has answers.
