Poor property maintenance and customer care

I am renting an IHSPM apartment in cape Town. The wall that devides my bedroom and the bathroom was consistently wet to the extent that my bedroom was always wet and moldy. I contacted the complex manager to report this and there was no action for 3 months. Eventually some guys came to fix and they only app**** some poly filler to the wall which did not really resolve the problem.

Now IHSPM credit control is sending over R4000 rand bill to pay for supposedly wall painting which never happened. I have been trying to call them and there is no response. I send pictures via theirs watsap of how the wall looks like but no one seems to pay attention or care. I don't mind paying for damage caused by me as a tenant but this is unacceptable.
