Poor poor service. Tenants deserve better!

Been living at the Urban Ridge South complex for more than 9 months now and i still dont have fingerprint access. I am forced to be nice and beg to the stupid security guards to open for me.having two young girls and living in Times like these where people are followed and highjacked at their gates/homes, i dont feel safe Called and sent messages to property manager who is very rude and seems to not like her job or doesnt take black people seriously(because if white people stayed here she would be fotxed to do things different). Poor poor service, its places like these that make forces people to buy freestanding properties.
