Poor of poorest and shame customers service for such business excepting teabags in the near future

According to contract. I was supposed to get back my deposit refund ,after 10 to 14 days. When I do follow-up. Only then the want to start a process abd I had wait for another 2 weeks. And every was done on the 30th July. I need my money asap. Since I paid it immediately before I stay there. Abd now it's difficult to pay me back.
