Poor Management and Maintenance-IHS Property Management

Worst property development ever. If you don’t want to make your life a living hell never ever get anywhere close to this so called property development. I’ve never seen such unprofessional and money hungry people. Maintenance to their filthy and rotten establishment is 0 they do absolutely nothing but when it comes to money they are on their toes. Reported countless times about 3 defects in my unit it has took a year to fix each one, you send email and WhatsApp text no response. They make rules as they go, nothing on documents but you’ll find yourself being charged ridiculous fines and they will come up with interim nonsense code of conducts- when did they inform tenants about such? They don’t keep tenants updated about anything. Such disgusting “professionals”
