Poor Customer Service

Been trying to get a place for almost 1 full month, sent all my papers, together with letters stating how much I earn and because I left my previous job, did not get a salary for end of Jan, I printed all my statements and advised them as such... All my accounts have now been paid up to date, I have a new job, and their Vetting department did not even take any of that into consideration, they only looked at my 1st payslip from my new job, and because I have only been there for half the month, I got only half the pay... but according to them... I don't earn enough... even though my boss printed a letter saying how much I actually earn... So disappointing and angry, because now were on lockdown and I needed to move at the end of April....
