Poor Agency and Occupancy Management

Actually you guys deserve a zero star not a 1 star, especially a lady called Fally shes an IHS Agent for Trandwinds building in Randburg, the worse service we have ever received in our entire history regarding leasing/rentals. when you viewing and sending money shes very quick but come occupation day she gives you excuses, that building is ran like a ****a shop. I blame IHS for poorly hiring *********** people with zero training for customer management. We are now waiting to occupy the place shes quite and we are being evicted where we stay since we terminated our lease and stupid Fally is no where to be found as we have to move in.
