Payment Inquiry - Stepney Green

Truth is they do not even deserve this 1 star. Very bad service, the company is handled by unprofessional people that are not being transparent. We never received our refund because they say we owe about 7000 for repairs. Asked quotation of the maintenance on the 13th October there was no response and today debt collectors sent us email to make payment of 2570 within 7 days. What is the payment for? Why should we pay for something we never seen the quotation for? On top of that bedroom 1 was not suppose to be repaired by us. Whenever there were heavy rains the wall would be wet because they used cheap material to build but today we must be responsible for that? I am really not happy with them and wouldn't recommend
