Payment arrangement

The is a lady by the name of Yonela I made payment arrangements with four months ago for a period of six months she sent me banking details and all now off lately I’m receiving emails of invoices stating I’m owing habitant properties and it was never communicated with me I called their 087 line they sent me from pillar to post they even transferred me to the next consultant without alerting me lastly when I was in a call for about 15 min there was a guy called wayland he didn’t wanna listen to me at all he was cutting me short in between conversations bad pandemic ever Yonela didn’t get back to me to date and time
