Pathetic Service

So I was staying at Cussonia Central close to 2 years and they moved us to the next complex because someone bought our unit. Fine they first said we must pay depend all the extra fees when moving to the next door. Then I told them before signing the lease we were not advised that at a later stage the unit will be sold and also why can’t they just transfer us because we didn’t want to move. Fine they eventually did that. So we moved out then we went to Crossberry which is the complex next to Cussonia. Fine we pay rent then during the month we receive quote for our damages, our damages were R6327 ; they charged us 4k to paint walls and they said it will be 1 coat. Then they charged 350 to replace a bulb that when we moved in we did report it and they said they will fix it but they never and The guy (Ibhram) who was doing an exit inspection said it was noted on the inspection so we won’t be charged. Then therecharged to paint the ceiling in the Barth room and our main door was s****ping. So month end our monthly bill went to 12k so I had called and asked for clarity and the girl who I was speaking to who’s bontle was soooooo rude to me. Then I sent an email dispute those costs then they dragging this whole thing even started charms lease fee which I was not suppose to pay then they had lowered the 12 to 10k still told them that I cannot pay things that I am not accountable for, then they told me they will blacklist me. So guys don’t bother yourself staying at any ihs property because when you move out they will definitely rip you off..
