Pathetic service

<p>I had viewed property that was available in Naturena.</p> <p>a lady by the name of Rose had reffered us to go directly to the complex as someone would be there to assist us in vieweing the property. The person who was to assist us was the manager there and she was not friendly at all, as soon as we walked in she couldnt greet and loked at us as if we were taking up her time unecessarily.</p> <p> </p> <p>we did view the property and had to do an application, ITC checks needed to be done of which took almost an entire week, we kept calling and emailing to check the status of our application and we would not receive any feedback.The lady who was doing our application then called and advised that we cancelled our application.</p> <p>to us we were beyond shocked as all this time we were waiting for feedback, she then said that she had mistaken my partner for someone with the same name.</p> <p> </p> <p>we then had to further wait so that she could redo the application.</p> <p>we did receive feedback 2 days there after that everything was in order but the place we were shown was not what we wanted. we approached the manager and requested a different property.</p> <p>all she could say is that we should speak to her employee rose who rarely returns our calls or responds to our emails. each and every time we were advised they would get back to us in assisting us with what were looking for it always took 2 days longer then the time frame they had indicated.</p> <p> </p> <p>today is 2 weeks to date from the time i have started dealing with IHS property, and i have received utterly poor service, i am still waiting for confirmation as to whether or not they have a property to ssist me with.</p> <p>whether we call, email or even go there directly we are still left in thedark as both the employee and manager keep passing the buck to one another.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why advertise property for rent on multiple websites when you are not prepared to asist clients who are interested in taking up your offers, no customer service whatsoever.</p> <p>one would swear that only they are doing me a favour.</p> <p> </p> <p>to recive this type of treatment from the manager was terrible i might add. no assistance whatsoever.</p> <p>and to top this off there is no one in a higher position that is able to asisit us as when we asked the manager she said that here superior is on leave and that was teh end of it.</p>
