Parking fees levied without being communicated prior

<p>I've had parking fees debited to my account for Apr to June. These were not communicated with me and I do not use parking which makes matters worse. I was promised that these fees would be reversed but it's now been three months and nothing's been done. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want this sorted out.</p>
