Overcharging of electricity and water and the noise

If you are looking to rent at Erand Creek estate please take this as a sign to not to -the noise in the property is unbearable it’s lowkey a tavern so if you like peace then It’s definitely not for you - The app used for electricity is one the worst apps ever, tell me why I’m charged for water and electricity usage and I’ve been away for two weeks with only one appliance on, I’m not getting help from the cgt guys If you value peace and do not want to donate money to the so called metering companies please don’t come here
