On the verge of Harassment

After moving out over a year ago from the residence of De Velde in Somerset managed by IHS. I am still receiving invoices with my name on them! The service was a nightmare from day one they dragged out the contract signing process that we had no other place to move to so we had to move in there. And now after leaving they will not respond to emails or phone calls or even me sitting in the office infront of them to remove my contact details!!
