nonsense of an agency

I stay at Theresapark Estate I have reported a stove with them of over 3 months and nothing has been done since. Every time I give them a call all I am told is someone will be sent to check the stove. on top of the rent i have to also buy take aways cause we cant cook with the broken stove. nonsense of an agency
