No warm water for a month

Since I moved into my flat I have only had bad experiences. I can write a book on what was broken and had to be fixed in the last 3 months. I have been struggling with my hot water for a month now and this is to the point that I have NO HOT WATER! I am utterly disappointed in this company! We are considering going to court as nothing is done to assist us!
