No Reply No Refund No Service

Once you vacate the property you are lucky if you receive your refund, let alone a response from them. Johanna Mailula said that my deposit refund will be paid 21 working days after vacating the premises and should i not receive any feedback after the twenty one working days to follow up with their refunds department on ********** almost as if she was setting an expectation that i will have to fight to get my money back from these ******.

Way beyond 21 days there is no refund, no reply to my many mails sent to Johanna Mailula ********** Raeesa Sheik ********** Patricia Mtetwa **********

I am also not expecting a reply for this review as they general don't ever reply to anything apart from sending rental invoices. Next step for me and advise to you is get your lawyers involved.
